It’s been a busy year at Virginia Grove, with so many new families moving into their brand new homes and joining our award-winning community. Welcome!
We’ve listed some of our highlights from 2023 below to celebrate a year full of construction milestones and community celebrations, and we can’t wait to share with you what we have in store for 2024!
We welcomed our Archer and Addison Lanser Living homes to Virginia Grove in 2023.
Welcome to Archer and Addison
In 2023 we launched two brand new home designs by Lanser Living at Virginia Grove. Archer and Addison are two compact family homes offered as turnkey, fixed price packages and they have been incredibly popular. We look forward to seeing more people move into our Lanser Living homes in 2024!
We welcomed five new display builders in Virginia Grove in 2023.
8 New Display Homes Opened
In 2023 we had 8 brand new display homes open in our display precinct along Leo Street from 5 different builders. A big welcome to Metro Homes, Hickinbotham Homes, Statesman Homes, SA Housing Centre and HPG Homes! This precinct has become a popular destination, and we look forward to welcoming more visitors in 2024.

We Celebrated Our Landscaping Legends
In 2023 we continued our Landscaping Legends competition at Virginia Grove, rewarding our favourite front gardens each month with a $250 EFTPOS card as a prize. Each month we love receiving the landscaping entries and selecting a winner. A huge congratulations to all of our Landscaping Legends for helping to make Virginia Grove such a beautiful place to live – follow us on Facebook and Instagram to see our winners each month!

Skate School at Virginia Grove
We were excited to partner with the City of Playford and the Free Mind Skate School to run our first ever Skate School clinic at Virginia Grove! We were thrilled to welcome skateboarders of all abilities to our skate park for our clinics – a huge thanks to the teams at the City of Playford and the Free Mind Skate School for helping us make this happen!
The Virginia Shopping Centre has revealed a fresh new look for 2024.
The Virginia Shopping Centre Revealed their Plans for a Fresh Look
This year the Virginia Shopping Centre revealed their plans for a long-awaited facelift, with a refurbishment and expansion due to complete in mid 2024. The refurbishment and expansion is set to provide a new look and welcoming experience for Virginia including a brand-new Woolworths fit out, façade upgrade to the building, shade sail car-parking and impressive finishes within the common mall area and centre amenities. We are excited to be running our first ever Christmas Lights competition at Virginia Grove. We will be rewarding the sparkliest home these holidays with a $250 Woolworths voucher!
