Big News from Virginia Grove: A Brand New Entrance is Underway!
We’re thrilled to share that construction is officially underway on civil stages 20B, 21 and 22 in our Lakes precinct – marking a major milestone in the Virginia Grove journey.
This stage of works is particularly exciting because it means a brand new connection is coming to life – with Juniper Boulevard now under construction all the way through to Old Port Wakefield Road. Once complete, Juniper Boulevard will run the full length of our community, connecting Sheedy Road in the north through to Old Port Wakefield Road. This includes the transformation of a stretch of McEvoy Road, which has now been renamed and is officially part of Juniper Boulevard!
This new entrance will create a seamless, direct route through Virginia Grove and a quicker way to access our community directly from Old Port Wakefield Road – making coming home even easier and more convenient.
You might’ve also noticed some big changes at the heart of our community – our Sales Office has been removed, and our Display Village has now closed. This space will soon be cleaned up and made ready to welcome more families to Virginia Grove.
As part of this progress, our temporary access from Old Port Wakefield Road into Leo Street will also be closed – with our new entry point taking shape just nearby.
